Director of Marketing and Market Research

As Director of Marketing and Market Research, Rita is responsible for marketing, PR strategy, market analysis, feasibility studies, project programming, strategy and pro-forma analysis.

Rita has 10 years’ experience in urban development, real estate development, and project experience in mix-use, urban infill, adaptive reuse, office, retail and luxury residential.

Prior to joining Kylli, Rita was manager of JLL Nanjing’s Strategic Consulting Department, heading up development consulting for mixed use, retail and office development assignments. Her projects included Alibaba Jiangsu Headquarters and the Nanjing OCT Harbour mixed use development.

Rita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Southeast University and a Master’s in Urban Sociology from Nanjing University, China; and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University in the US.
