Jay Yang
Director of Finance and Asset Management
As Director of Finance and Asset Management, Jay is responsible implementing Kylli’s real estate portfolio and investment strategy. This includes real estate management including lease analysis, negotiations and approvals, and also debt portfolio management. He is also responsible for managing the company’s overall finance operation and funding for our real estate projects, maximizing the value of our portfolio.
Prior to joining Kylli, Jay was a commercial banker in various international and regional banks including United Overseas Bank in Singapore, and Bank of Communications and East West Bank in San Francisco, focusing on corporate lending.
Jay holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Mary’s University in Canada.
