Nicola Yem

Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing, Nicola has overall responsibility for Kylli’s marketing strategy and leads marketing output for Kylli’s portfolio including 225 Bush Street, Burlingame Point and Mission Point. Nicola also leads Kylli’s brokerage program, directing consultants working on the commercial, residential and retail programming of our sites.

Nicola has over 20 years’ of real estate marketing experience She has worked in development, brokerage, marketing and creative strategy across major markets in the U.S. including San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York. Her projects have included high profile and transformational schemes such as the Shipyard and Candlestick Point in San Francisco, One World Trade Center in New York and Pacific Gate in San Diego. Nicola’s previous roles include Managing Director at Wordsearch and Head of Marketing for the Americas at Cushman & Wakefield.

Nicola has a BA in English from UCL in London.
